- Usage reporting — monthly summary of how the tool is being used across your team, time saved, and document types most often generated. No individual case content is ever shared, with us or with you.

The pricing — flat, simple, honest
£99 per month for an organisation of up to 20 workers. No per-seat pricing, no setup fees, no minimum term. Cancel any time with one month’s notice. Invoiced monthly or annually, whichever suits your finance team.

Why pay when the tool is free?
Three honest reasons.
Procurement defensibility. Most NGOs can’t formally adopt a free public tool. There’s no DPA, no support contract, no usage visibility, no accountability if something goes wrong. The organisation tier solves the procurement question, not the cost question.
Sustainability for the free version. Individual social workers will never be charged. The organisation tier is what funds the running costs — AI API, hosting, support — that keep the public free version available.
